 Change to some Components of YK142 Mouse GLP-2 EIA Kit


 


Dear our valued customer & partner,


 


We are pleased to inform you that some of the components of YK142 Mouse GLP-2 EIA Kit have been changed. The substrate buffer and OPD tablets used for the preparation of substrate solution have been replaced by the enzyme substrate solution (TMB).


 


There is no change in the basic performance of the kit.


 


 


《Before change》


Add one OPD tablet to 12ml of substrate solution and dissolve


(wavelength 490nm)


 


《After change》


Use the enzyme substrate solution(TMB) after returning it to room temperature


(wavelength 450nm/620nm)
