Products

The New Glucagon-HS ELISA (YK091) kit allows for the quantitative determination of Glucagon in human, mouse and rat serum/plasma/culture medium supernatant. The New Glucagon-HS is a highly sensitive one-step sandwich ELISA assay with a small amount sample, measuring as little as 0.3 pmol/L of Glucagon and high specificity with two monoclonal antibodies which shows no significant cross reactivity with Glicentin, Oxyntomodulin, GLP-1 and GLP-2. This kit is taken through validation and stability testing to ensure accuracy, sensitivity and specificity.

The Glucagon EIA (YK090) is still available, however we are now offering highly sensitive, specific one and particularly suitable for a smaller amount specimen, such as mouse and rat. (see below: Product comparison)
